Hatha Yoga with Melanie

Participants can expect to engage in a series of poses designed to align and calm the body, mind, and spirit, promoting a sense of balance and inner peace.
Yoga will be at the park (weather permitting). If poor weather conditions arise we will use AES Sensory Room.
