Join us for an interactive Q&A session to learn about yoga in general, see the space we will practice in, and ask about our offered yoga classes. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting your yoga journey, join us to ask our experienced instructor any questions you have. We will touch on yoga philosophy, poses, props/tools, meditation techniques, or anything else related to yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. Best of all, it's completely free!
