Fun and Fitness with Josie
Grades 5-6
This program is for girls entering 5th and 6th grade and is designed to increase girls’ overall athleticism. The focus will be placed on exercises to increase strength, speed, and agility through the use of light dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. It will be an exciting, high-energy environment; come get fit while having fun!
*No class 4th of July week
